主持和参与国家重点研发计划课题3项、国家自然基金项目1项、省部级和校级项目多项;与航空航天、船舶、钢铁等领域多家企业开展产学研合作,承担了产品数字化装配、缺陷检测与质量控制、生产过程监控等方面的多项横向课题。担任《The IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters》《International Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing》《Assembly Automation》《International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology》等期刊审稿人、中国自动化学会智能制造系统与技术专委会委员、中国人工智能学会青年工作委员会委员,发表SCI、EI论文30余篇,获授权发明专利9项,软件著作权4项。

长期从事图像处理、机器学习、组合优化等技术的研究与应用,主要研究内容涉及工业生产过程产品异常检测、智能装备环境感知、制造过程监控与质量控制、智能物流装备、医疗图像处理等。
