李彦霖，香港理工大学博士，现任北京科技大学机械工程学院物流工程系讲师。主要研究方向包括人机协同决策与共识构建、多准则群体决策优化，以及相关方法在智慧物流与供应链管理中的应用。
曾任香港人工智能设计研究院助理研究员，并赴美国华盛顿大学工程学院开展访问研究。参与香港特别行政区公共政策研究及智慧交通相关科研项目，曾获 IEEE 国际会议最佳论文奖。现为工业与系统工程师协会（IISE）等学术组织会员，并担任多本国际学术期刊审稿人。已在 IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、Transport Policy、International Journal of Production Economics、Advanced Engineering Informatics、Computers & Industrial Engineering、IJournal of Cleaner Production 等国际高水平学术期刊发表论文十余篇。
