Li Lintao received the Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2016. He was a post-doctoral fellow in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 2016-2019. He is currently a Lecturer with the School of Computer and Communication Engineering，University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. His research interests include physical layer security, covert communication, UAV communication, channel coding, free space optical communication, VLSI design.
