该研究系统分析了20MnCr5H齿轮钢在650～1000 ℃范围内的热变形行为，确定了有利于动态再结晶和晶粒细化的优化加工区间，并揭示了低温两相区内形变诱导铁素体相变及其晶体学机制，为齿轮钢热加工工艺和组织调控提供了理论依据。
