Professor, PhD supervisor, Institute of Artificial Intelligence, College of Intelligent Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Deputy Director of Department of Intelligent Science and Technology, Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Intelligent Bionic Unmanned Systems of the Ministry of Education. He has been engaged in research on intelligent unmanned systems, bionic micro-ornithowing aircraft and intelligent control for a long time. He has published more than 50 SCI papers in well-known international journals such as Automatica and IEEE Transactions, including 6 ESI highly cited papers, 1 ESI hot paper, more than 2000 Google academic citations, and 2 academic works. 5 authorized invention patents. He has presided over key research and development Young Scientist Project, National Natural Science Foundation project, Joint Fund sub-project, Qiyuan Laboratory Fund, JKW theme project, "Belt and Road" Innovative Talent Exchange foreign experts project, National Key research and development plan special project sub-project. He has won the first prize of Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Natural Science Award (the fourth finisher), the first prize of Innovation Technology of Science and Technology Award of China Simulation Society (the eighth finisher), the nomination award of Excellent doctoral thesis of Artificial Intelligence Society, and the Nomination award of ICIUS 2019 Best Conference Paper. He is currently the deputy secretary General of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation, the director of the Beijing Intelligence Society, and the member of the autonomous bionic Flying Robot Committee of the IEEE SMC Society. Served as IEEE/CAA; Journal of Automatica Sinica and Young Editorial Board of the Journal of Engineering Sciences.

Artificial Intelligence, abbreviated as AI, is a crucial driving force behind the new wave of scientific and technological revolution as well as industrial transformation. It constitutes a novel technical science dedicated to researching and developing theories, methods, technologies, and application systems aimed at simulating, extending, and expanding human intelligence.
As a significant component of intelligence studies, AI seeks to understand the nature of intelligence and create intelligent machines capable of responding in ways similar to human intelligence.
It is an exceptionally broad scientific field encompassing robotics, speech recognition, image recognition, natural language processing, expert systems, machine learning, computer vision, and more.
However, the governance challenges posed by large-scale AI models cannot be overlooked. As Elon Musk pointed out, beneath the mask of machine learning, the essence of AI remains rooted in statistics. To foster a healthy innovation ecosystem, it is essential to conduct forward-looking research and establish sound laws, regulations, institutional frameworks, and ethical guidelines to ensure the responsible development of AI.
Looking ahead, while emphasizing risk prevention, it is equally important to simultaneously establish mechanisms for error tolerance and correction, striving to achieve a dynamic balance between regulation and development.
