Profile

Dr. Bolin Xiao, majored in Mining Engineering, is an Associate Professor at University of Science and Technology Beijing, and was a visiting scholar at University of Ottawa (2019). Dr. Xiao's research interests include metallurgical solid waste utilization, backfill binder materials, and green paste-fill technologies. Dr. Xiao has published over 40 journal articlesand authorized more than 10 patents. Dr. Xiao has received 5 provincial-level science and technology awards; parts of his research findings have been applied in some mine companies such as Jinchuan Group, CNMC, HBIS Group, and ANSTEEL.
