In the winter month of the capital, the well is lush and green, and the sky stretches for thousands of miles. On December 7th, the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Development Conference of the Institute of the History of Science and Technology and Cultural Heritage was held in the Yifu Science and Technology Museum lecture hall. Leaders, experts, alumni, and more than 300 people from over a hundred units including government departments such as the National Cultural Heritage Administration, archaeological and cultural heritage units such as the Palace Museum, research institutes such as the Institute for the History of Natural Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Needham Research Institute in the UK, as well as Tsinghua University, Peking University, related enterprises and media, and leaders from functional departments and secondary units within the school, and teachers and students of the institute attended the conference. The conference was presided over by Geng Xiaohong, the Party Committee Secretary of the Institute.
