刘浩强
Profile
MORE+Haoqiang Liu received his B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Beihang University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Engineering from the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beihang University, in January 2022. From March 2022 to December 2024, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant Researcher in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University. During this period, he was selected for Tsinghua University’s 2022 Huiyan Talent Fund, which supported only ten recipients university-wide, and received the Zhang Keqian Named Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Department of Electronic Engineering. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing. His research interests include large-scale wireless network optimization, digital twins for wireless networks, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent reinforcement learning. His work focuses particularly on intelligent modeling, resource scheduling, and cooperative decision-making in complex and dynamic wireless networks.
He has published more than 40 papers in the areas of wireless network optimization, network resource scheduling, and reinforcement learning, and holds six granted patents. He has published 25 papers as a first or corresponding author, including 19 as the first author. These publications include six papers in CAS Q1 TOP journals—four in IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, one in IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, and one in Applied Soft Computing—and seven papers in CAS Q2 TOP journals—three in IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, two in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, one in IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, and one in Neurocomputing. He has also published two papers in ACM Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data, a CCF Rank-B recommended journal, and one paper at IEEE GLOBECOM. His collaborative publications have appeared in CCF Rank-A journals and conferences, including ACM Computing Surveys and ACM MobiSys.
As a principal investigator, he has led a Young Scientists Fund project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two projects under the National Foreign Experts Program administered by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, an open-competition research project commissioned by China Railway Information Technology Group Co., Ltd., and an industry-sponsored project funded by China Mobile Group Design Institute. As a core team member, he has participated in and completed research projects supported by a national special program, the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the General Program of the Anhui Provincial Key Research and Development Plan. These experiences have provided him with a strong background in both theoretical research and engineering practice.
He has received several honors and awards, including the Second Prize of the Innovation Technology Award of the China Simulation Federation, the Outstanding Doctoral Graduate Award of Beijing, the First Prize of the Outstanding Master’s Graduate Award of Beihang University, and the Outstanding Undergraduate Graduate Award of Beihang University. He has also received the Huawei Scholarship, the Guanghua Scholarship, and the ICBC Star Scholarship.
