黄晓霞，现任学院副院长，管理学博士，北京科技大学经济管理学院金融系教授，博士生导师，教育部新世纪优秀人才。主要研究方向为投资优化，项目选择，优化与决策分析，已有四十多篇论文被SCI/SSCI检索的国际著名期刊发表，在德国斯普林格出版社出版了个人专著《Portfolio Analysis: From Probabilistic to Credibilistic and Uncertain Approaches》，该著作获北京市第十二届哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖。主持了两项国家自然科学基金项目、一项国家社会科学基金项目和两项教育部基金项目，参与了一项国家社科基金重大项目和多项国家自然科学基金项目。是多家国际期刊的编辑，多次受邀在国际学术会议上作大会报告。2014—2020年连续七年入选世界著名科技出版公司爱思唯尔（Elsevier）发布的“中国高被引学者榜单”。
