摘要：Compared to other multi-attributions decision methods, set pair analysis focuses on the influence of uncertain and opposite factors. 15 cities in North-East China are selected as candidates of logistics nodes. Then, set pair analysis combined with analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate these cities. Finally, qualitative analysis is also facilitated to give suggesting rank of the logistics nodes.
