10月17-21日第十四届亚洲热物性会议（ATPC2025）在上海张江科学城希尔顿酒店举行。本次会议重点关注热科学领域的最新发展和未来方向，主题广泛涵盖从基础科学到各种材料和系统的应用。邱琳教授应邀担任Thermophysical Properties of Solids分会场主席，并作题为：Ultra-efficient heat transport across a “2.5D” all-carbon sp²/sp³ hybrid interface的主旨报告。何一川副教授应邀担任Thermophysical Properties of Solids分会场主席，并作题为：Investigation on boiling heat transfer enhancement by hybrid thermal conductivity via Lattice Boltzmann method的邀请报告。邹瀚影老师作题为：Thermal conductance enhancement mechanism of CNT interface with Polypyrroles embed的邀请报告。课题组李海墨博士做题为：Thermal conductance enhancement mechanism at copper/graphene interfaces with symmetric tilt grain boundary的口头报告，课题组刘子晗博士做题为：Two-dimensional data storage of PCM devices based on nanoscale LTA thermal probe的口头报告。
