Professor Huafang Li's main research areas and interests are novel Biomedical Metallic Materials, including Biodegradable metals (biodegradable magnesium alloys, zinc alloys, iron alloys, etc.), biomedical bulk metallic glasses (BMGs), and biomedical nanocrystalline alloys (Nano-crystalline alloys), biomedical high entropy alloys, novel biomedical titanium alloys, novel biomedical zirconium alloys, biomedical composites, surface modification of biomedical materials, etc.
